When Ingrid proposed working with ice and snow, I’d envisioned images like this, where she was close and interacting with the landscape on a small, intimate level. We began with this approach, but quickly found it was difficult, as the ice we found was quite small, and needed her to couch by it. All the same, we did make some successes, such as this.
