With few exceptions, models are often quite surprised at how warm and comfortable rockweed is - especially in comparison to bare rock. Rockweed transforms the jagged lines of the shoreline into a more subtle, undulating landscape with very little in the way of contrast or tone. Setting the models into this environment provided a focus on the pale tones of the skin, while still emphasizing the line and flow of the rock, which is mirrored in the model’s poses.
