When Miranda arrived in Moncton from Halifax, her hair was in braids, and one of my first thoughts was that I had to work them into an image. In the end, as casual as the image looks, it took a fair amount of effort on Miranda’s part to keep still enough to prevent the crossed braids from slipping during the exposure.
