Sometimes the light, location and model are so perfect that they lead to successful image after successful image, and this was one of the those times. Ingrid and I had been slowly working our way down Gold River, working as we moved. We came to a bend in the river where the water became much shallower, and it was possible for her to pose while lying on the riverbed. While Darkstream is certainly my favorite of the images from this session, this image comes a close second, with the beautiful blend between the water, model and reflected sky forming the core of the image.
