I recall how disappointed I was that the roll-film from this session was “ruined” in processing, but fortunately, I held onto it, as years later these images came to be some of my favorite of the session. This session was my first working with Victoria, and the second time I worked with Ingrid, both of whom would eventually become among the most important models in my work.

Solarization like this can be produced under controlled conditions in the darkroom.

True, though I never had images turn out like this…and risking negatives would have been risky…
