Much of the interior work I created between the end of 2001 and the late spring of 2002 focused on exploring colour and narrow focus. I’d begin a similar exploration over the winter of 1999-2000, but where that discovery was limited to black and white images, these focused on the colour of the models set against white. This image of Miranda is a perfect example of what I am seeking - the delicate luminosity of human skin against white.
