As the sun came out for the first time just after Brianna and I had finished working in the river, and she was trying to warm up, I asked her if she’d like to model in the dappled sunlight. Moments later she was romping through the ferns, looking for a place to pose. In the end, the images became all about the shadows of the ferns on Brianna’s body.
