I hereby acknowledge and recognize the intent of Eric Boutilier-Brown, hereafter the photographer, to make photographic images of myself nude for creative and artistic purposes. I understand that any images of myself created by the photographer which are not recognizable may be used with impunity, in any circumstance or context, with no remuneration, considerations, requests, or permissions required.
I hereby acknowledge that without a Full Release, no images containing my identifiable likeness, defined as those physical characteristics, marks, and features which would allow me to be identified as the subject of a photograph via casual comparison with the physical characteristics, marks and features available for scrutiny under normal social conditions may be used in a commercial context. It is agreed that these physical characteristics, marks and features shall not include those covered by my usual mode of dress, or those unable to be examined under the dominant social conditions. It is understood that identifiable likeness in a photograph cannot be defined by race, gender, height, build, hair colour or other generalities.
I hereby release the photographer from any claims for remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the proper commercial or artistic use of any images of myself that would be defined as unrecognizable in the above clause, unless it can be shown that said use was maliciously caused, produced and published for the sole purpose of subjecting myself to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn, and indignity.
